Store-Bought Swap: Homemade Popsicles

What You Need:


  • 2 cups frozen or fresh fruit

  • 1 cup milk (any kind)

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup


Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth, then pour into popsicle molds and freeze.


Why I Love It:


  • No artificial sweeteners

  • Super easy

  • Tastes better than store-bought (per my kids!)
