Sourdough Croutons

Ingredients
1 loaf sourdough bread
3–4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried sage
½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Cut the bread into ¾–1 inch cubes.
Season: Place cubes in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Bake: Spread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Dry the bread: Bake 25–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until cubes are dry and lightly golden (not crunchy).
Cool completely before using for stuffing or storing.
