Unify Health and Living is all about real, accessible wellness. In-person, we offer massage and yoga to help you move, reset, and feel at home in your body. Online, our wellness hub brings together yoga, meditation, live classes, homesteading, gardening, and expert-led workshops on everything from holistic health to sustainable living. Whether you’re here for hands-on care or looking for tools to support your journey from anywhere, we’re here to meet you where you're at.

Hey, I’m Megan—the heart behind Unify Health and Living. I’m a massage therapist, yoga instructor, past-time RN and lifelong student of integrative wellness. My work is all about connection—helping people feel more at home in their bodies, more grounded in their lives, and more supported in their health.

I believe wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I bring together different tools, practices, and experts to create a space where people can find what truly works for them—whether that’s through hands-on bodywork, movement, mindfulness, or learning how to live more sustainably.

For me, this work is personal. I’m always learning, growing, and figuring out how to balance modern life with a more intentional, rooted way of living. And if that’s something you’re looking for too, you’re in the right place.
