Slow Cooker Citrus Pulled Pork

Ingredients
4–5 lbs pork shoulder (pork butt), boneless
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1–2 teaspoons chili powder
2–2½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped or quartered
4 cloves garlic, minced or smashed
¾–1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
Instructions
Place the pork shoulder in the crock pot.
Add the onion and garlic.
Sprinkle the oregano, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper over the pork.
Pour the orange juice and lime juice over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 8–10 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shreds.
Remove the pork, shred with two forks, then return it to the crock pot and mix with the juices before serving.
