High Protein Pizza

Recipe adapted from Delish.com
I did not create this recipe — I found it on Delish and tried it myself. It was so good and so simple that I had to share it here. Sometimes wellness is just finding something that works and passing it along.
Ingredients
For the crust:
1 lb ground chicken
¾ cup grated Parmesan (or Pecorino & Romano) cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Toppings:
Pizza sauce or marinara
Mozzarella cheese
Any additional toppings you love
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly oil it.
Mix ground chicken, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
Press into a flattened pizza shape (it will be sticky — that’s normal).
Bake 20–22 minutes (22 minutes for a firmer crust).
Remove, add sauce and mozzarella.
Bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
Let cool slightly, slice, enjoy.
