  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen

  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)


Optional Toppings:

  • Chocolate syrup

Directions:


  1. Place your frozen banana slices into a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Add milk, vanilla, peanut butter, and honey.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy—pausing to scrape the sides as needed.

  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze for 1–2 hours if you prefer it scoopable.
