I’m Building a Wellness Hub—Here’s Why It Matters

Updated: 8 minutes ago

There’s something powerful about knowing you’re not alone.

That you're not expected to be “fixed” or perfect.

That there’s a space where healing doesn’t come in a one-size-fits-all box—and where you’re invited to show up just as you are.

That’s exactly what I hope my Wellness Hub can offer.

Why I Created This Online Wellness Hub

After years of working one-on-one with clients—through massage, yoga, and nursing—it became clear that I needed a way to reach more people, in a way that felt more aligned with the life I’m building.

People who may not live nearby.

People navigating the in-between seasons of life.

People who crave healing and support but don’t feel ready or comfortable accessing it in traditional ways.

Most of all, people who are longing for care that meets them exactly where they are—not where the world says they should be.

This virtual wellness hub was born to meet those people.

And it was also born out of my own lived experiences.

My Story: From Overwhelmed to Aligned

I’ve had my own journey with health challenges—both physical and mental. I’ve written a 10-page blog about my post-COVID illness & recovery, and it remains one of the most defining chapters of my life.

Before that, I became a mom unexpectedly, and that alone shook my entire foundation. I worked as a full-time RN while raising two babies who didn’t sleep—and I wasn’t okay. I was exhausted, disconnected, and deeply lost.

And yet, somehow, some part of me kept moving.Kept listening.Kept reaching for something more grounded and real.

(Thank god for that inner voice shouting that there had to be a different way to live.)

Those seasons—the breakdowns and the breakthroughs—are what guided me here. They’re the reason I believe so deeply in this work.

Because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and unsupported.I know what it’s like to long for something real to hold onto.

And that’s what I hope this wellness hub becomes for you—a grounding force, a gentle presence, a space that feels like being held in the middle of life’s mess.

The Heart of What I Offer

Time and time again, clients tell me it’s not just the massage, or the yoga class, or the meditation—it’s the space that’s held for them. A space of full, unconditional acceptance. A space where they can exhale. Let their guard down. Be exactly who they are.

No judgment. No pressure. No performance.

That space is sacred. And it’s deeply healing. But I don’t believe that kind of space should be limited to one person at a time—or only available in in-person sessions.

That’s why the Wellness Hub was born.

Or at least… why I think it was.The evolution of this work—and of my business—has been anything but linear. I’m still feeling into what’s aligned, and what’s not. I’m letting it unfold naturally, and trusting the process.

A Collaborative, Growing Ecosystem

This isn’t just my work—it’s ours.

Part of the Wellness Hub is a collaborative, evolving online space where local wellness professionals, yoga instructors, personal trainers, physical therapists, mental health providers, registered dietitians, educators, homesteaders, and heart-led humans come together to share their gifts. It also lets them reach the people that need them.

The people I bring into this space aren’t here to offer one single version of wellness. We’re here to create a living, breathing library of practices and tools that honor all the seasons of your life—so you can take what you need, leave what you don’t, and always feel supported.

No pressure. No perfectionism. Just presence.

What You’ll Find Inside the Hub (So Far!)

I'm still in the early stages of building this community—but already, there’s so much happening! Members get access to:

  • Live yoga classes each week, led by a team of local instructors

  • Pre-recorded yoga sessions you can return to anytime (including gentle, accessible flows and yoga for beginners)

  • A growing meditation library to support your nervous system and help you ground

  • Gardening workshops—we’ve already hosted one, with two more on the calendar

  • An upcoming Ayurvedic hormone-balancing workshop

  • Weekly live Q&As with a registered dietitian, starting in June

  • A soon-to-launch 6-week beginner yoga series with me (live and recorded)

  • Upcoming dates for in-person Yomassage events at our Studio (if you feel called to try something out in-person!)

And that’s just the beginning. I have SO many ideas brewing and am getting great feedback from members who have joined already.

This Is a Work in Progress (Just Like All of Us)

I’m just one person—grateful to be surrounded by a small but mighty team. My team and I are also mamas, homesteaders, business owners, space holders, and humans navigating our own lives. We’re building this space with care and intention.

It may not be perfectly polished yet, but it’s real. It’s growing. And you’re invited to grow right alongside it.

Let’s Grow Together

Joining the Hub now means stepping into the journey with me.

It’s raw, real, and still unfolding—but that’s the beauty of it. You’ll get to watch me grow this space, and I’ll get to witness you grow too.

That shared evolution—that reciprocal care—is the heart of it all.

Whether you join for a class, a recipe, a quiet moment, or a workshop that opens something in you…

You’re welcome here.

This is our Hub. Our rhythm. Our healing. Our home.

Ready to Explore the Hub?

If you feel curious, called, or even just a little unsure—but something in you says yes—I’d love to invite you in.

The Wellness Hub is completely free until June.

After that, it’s just $30/month—and you can cancel anytime.

There’s no credit card required right now, just an open door and a space for you to explore.

Whether you come in for a single yoga class, a grounding meditation, or just to see what’s here—I appreciate you.

Your presence and feedback mean so much as this space continues to grow.

No pressure. Just Support.

If you're a practitioner/provider and would like to collaborate or offer up your work on the platform, text or call me! 315-593-4732 (Meg). I'd love to chat with you.
