By working together one-on-one, you'll receive the personalized attention and detailed guidance you need to truly make your yoga practice your own. I collaborate closely with a physical therapist to address any injuries that occur, and I've learned effective strategies from her on how to prevent them. Together, we'll focus on preventing injuries and explore the deeper aspects of yoga that might have eluded you in group settings.
