Interflow
Interflow is a restorative movement practice that weaves stretching, myofascial release, and meditation into something that feels less like a class and more like coming home to yourself.
Rest > Release > Return

Interflow classes vary in emphasis:
Every class is different, because every day you walk through the door is different.
Every session shares one core principle: I respond to the people in the room.
Your body doesn't follow a fixed schedule, and neither does Interflow.
Each class adapts in real time to the group's energy, needs, and capacity that day.
What to Expect in Class:
Interflow sessions move through grounding and breath awareness, gentle stretching and myofascial release, and a closing meditation or stillness practice. Whether a class leans more active or more restful, the through-line is always the same — helping you feel more at ease in your body by the time you leave than you did when you walked in.

Somatic Strength & Nervous System-Informed Movement

What You'll Notice
Over time, you may notice tension releasing that you didn't even know you were holding. A little more ease in your body. A little more trust in yourself. A quieter nervous system. A sense of steadiness that starts here and moves into the rest of your life.

Women who:
- Want strength.
- Value nervous system awareness.
- Prefer small-group, nonjudgemental spaces.
- Are balancing work, family, and life.
- Want structure -- without rigidity.
You don't need experience.
You need willingness to tune in to yourself.

To feel at home in your body again. To move through your life with a little more ease, a little more presence, and the quiet confidence that comes from actually listening to yourself.
