About the event
This gentle, restorative Yomassage experience is an invitation to soften, slow down, and come back home to yourself.
We’ll begin with a cleansing moment using palo santo and sage as we settle in. Then, we’ll ease into grounding breath-work and a guided meditation before moving into a series of fully-supported, cozy restorative postures. Throughout, I’ll offer gentle massage techniques, sound healing, and aromatherapy to help your body drop into deep rest and emotional release.
