Interflow is a 60-minute class built into two parts:
First 30 Minutes: Strength
Progressive strenth training focused on core, hops, shoulders, and full-body stablity.
If you want to increase load, you increase it.
If your body needs recovery, you scale it.
You learn to feel effort instead of forcing it.
Second 30 Minutes: Regulation
Myofascial release, and a themed meditation.
This portion supports fascia health, improves body awareness, and helps your inner nervous system settle.

Interflow is a somatic strength class for women with full lives. "Somatic" means internal sensing.
