Interflow
Interflow is a somatic movement practice that integrates strength training, mobility work, myofascial release, and nervous system regulation.
Strength > Release > Integration

Interflow classes vary in emphasis:
Some build strength and resilience.
Others prioritize endurance, mobility, and restoration.
Every session shares one core principle: I respond to the people in the room.
Your body doesn't follow a fixed schedule, and neither does Interflow.
Each class adapts in real time to the group's energy, needs, and capacity that day.
What to Expect in Class:
Interflow sessions typically weave together:
Grounding somatic warm-ups
Progressive strength, endurance or restorative work
Deep stretching and / or myofascial release
Guided down-regulation and integration
While some classes lean strength-focused and others more restorative, the consistent intention remains: Help you build capacity and recover from it.
