Service Description

This is a super supportive and deeply relaxing experience that weaves together some of my favorite skills. My goal for these sessions is to help guide you back home to yourself. What you can expect: • Restorative Yoga – You’ll be guided into gentle, supported poses that help your body fully let go. No flexibility required, and no yoga experience needed—this isn’t about “doing it right.” It’s about being held exactly as you are. • Massage – While you’re resting, I’ll offer light touch—gentle compression, soothing strokes, and small movements to support your nervous system. You’ll stay fully clothed and totally supported the whole time. • Guided Meditation – I’ll lead you through breath work and body awareness to help quiet the noise and gently reconnect you with your inner world. There’ll also be warm corn bags, calming essential oils, a little sound healing with a tuning fork, and tea afterward to help you transition slowly. This space is sacred—an intentional pause from the outside world. It’s a chance to tune in, soften, and remember what it feels like to be in your body. However you arrive is welcome. However you feel afterward is valid. My hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, refreshed, and reconnected with yourself. And lastly, THANK YOU for being open to this experience. Offering these sessions is something I’m still growing into, and I’m so grateful to be able to practice and hold this space with and for you.
