Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: • All sessions must be booked in advance through the UNIFY website under the “Services” tab. • Online booking shows current availability and allows you to secure your spot directly. • Monthly members (massage or YoMassage) are encouraged to reserve sessions ahead to guarantee consistency. • For events and specialty classes, space is limited—booking early is the best way to claim your spot. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. • I understand that life happens—illness and emergencies will be handled with compassion. Please just communicate. Waitlist Policy: • If a class or session is full, you’ll have the option to join the waitlist through the booking system. • If a spot opens up, you'll be notified automatically via email or text and given the chance to claim it. • Openings are first come, first served—make sure your contact info is up to date so you don’t miss the chance!
