Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: • Interflow classes are booked and paid in full at the time of registration. • Online booking shows current availability and lets you claim your spot directly. • Space is limited, so booking early is the best way to hold a place. • Monthly memberships cover the current month only. Classes don't roll over, and a class you don't attend can't be made up the following month. Cancellation Policy: • Payment is non-refundable if you don't attend the class you booked. • You're welcome to cancel your spot, and there's no additional charge for doing so. • I understand that life happens—illness and emergencies will be handled with compassion. Please just communicate. Waitlist Policy: • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the booking system. • If a spot opens up, you'll be notified automatically and given the chance to claim it. • Openings are first come, first served—keep your contact info up to date.
