•A 60-minute integrative massage focused on relaxation, nervous system support, and whole-body presence. •Combines hands-on massage with subtle sound healing, intention setting, and moments of guided stillness. •Pressure is light to moderate, with optional focused firm work in specific areas like the neck, shoulders, hips, or low back. •This is not a full-body deep tissue or clinical massage. •Best suited for those seeking a calming, inward-focused, restorative experience.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: • All sessions must be booked in advance through the UNIFY website under the “Services” tab. • Online booking shows current availability and allows you to secure your spot directly. • Monthly members (massage or YoMassage) are encouraged to reserve sessions ahead to guarantee consistency. • For events and specialty classes, space is limited—booking early is the best way to claim your spot. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. • I understand that life happens—illness and emergencies will be handled with compassion. Please just communicate. Waitlist Policy: • If a class or session is full, you’ll have the option to join the waitlist through the booking system. • If a spot opens up, you'll be notified automatically via email or text and given the chance to claim it. • Openings are first come, first served—make sure your contact info is up to date so you don’t miss the chance!
