•A 60-minute integrative massage focused on relaxation, nervous system support, and whole-body presence. •Combines hands-on massage with subtle sound healing, intention setting, and moments of guided stillness. •Pressure is light to moderate, with optional focused firm work in specific areas like the neck, shoulders, hips, or low back. •This is not a full-body deep tissue or clinical massage. •Best suited for those seeking a calming, inward-focused, restorative experience.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: • All 1:1 sessions are booked in advance through the UNIFY website under the "Services" tab. • Stretch Massage and Yomassage 1:1 sessions require a $50 deposit at the time of booking to hold your appointment, with the remaining balance paid in person at your session. • Integrative Massage is paid in full, either online when you book or in person at your session. • Your card is kept securely on file. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge. • Cancellations made within 24 hours, and no-shows, will be charged $50. • I understand that life happens—illness and emergencies will be handled with compassion. Please just communicate.
