Service Description
This class is designed for real people with real lives and real bodies. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or just looking for a slower, more intentional practice, you’ll find a welcoming space here. We focus on foundational movement, breath awareness, and building a deeper connection to your body—without any pressure to be perfect. Expect gentle guidance, supportive cues, and a little humor along the way. You’ll stretch, strengthen, and breathe in ways that support your everyday life, all while learning why the movements matter. Come as you are—tight, tired, curious, anxious, strong, or somewhere in between. This class meets you there.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: • All sessions must be booked in advance through the UNIFY website under the “Services” tab. • Online booking shows current availability and allows you to secure your spot directly. • Monthly members (massage or YoMassage) are encouraged to reserve sessions ahead to guarantee consistency. • For events and specialty classes, space is limited—booking early is the best way to claim your spot. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. • I understand that life happens—illness and emergencies will be handled with compassion. Please just communicate. Waitlist Policy: • If a class or session is full, you’ll have the option to join the waitlist through the booking system. • If a spot opens up, you'll be notified automatically via email or text and given the chance to claim it. • Openings are first come, first served—make sure your contact info is up to date so you don’t miss the chance!
