Massage for What Your Body Actually Needs—Deep Work, Deep Rest, or Both. No two bodies are the same—and no two days are, either. That’s why every session with me is customized to meet you right where you are. Some days, you might need focused muscle work—deep tissue, trigger point release, or targeted techniques to work through tension and pain. Other days, your body might be asking for stillness, support, and a chance to finally exhale. Whether you're here to get into the deep layers or to soften and reconnect, this is a space where both are welcome. You don’t have to choose between therapeutic and relaxing—because here, it can be both. Sessions are intuitive, grounded, and guided by your needs—not a one-size-fits-all routine. We’ll talk at the beginning of your appointment, check in with how you’re feeling, and build your session from there. This is massage designed to support the whole of you—your muscles, your mind, and your nervous system.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: • All sessions must be booked in advance through the UNIFY website under the “Services” tab. • Online booking shows current availability and allows you to secure your spot directly. • Monthly members (massage or YoMassage) are encouraged to reserve sessions ahead to guarantee consistency. • For events and specialty classes, space is limited—booking early is the best way to claim your spot. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. • I understand that life happens—illness and emergencies will be handled with compassion. Please just communicate. Waitlist Policy: • If a class or session is full, you’ll have the option to join the waitlist through the booking system. • If a spot opens up, you'll be notified automatically via email or text and given the chance to claim it. • Openings are first come, first served—make sure your contact info is up to date so you don’t miss the chance!
