Through guided reflection, you’ll: Define what a calm, manageable life looks like for you. Flip the script and uncover the sneaky habits, environments, and routines that amplify stress. Identify your top stress triggers and create a personalized prevention plan that actually fits your life. Learn how to check in daily and adjust with compassion. Practice emergency resets—quick, doable tools for when overwhelm hits (think breathing techniques, grounding movement, hydration, nourishment, and small shifts that instantly create relief). This isn’t about perfection. It’s about noticing what drains you, choosing what supports you, and coming home to yourself one small, intentional step at a time.
