Private Yomassage® Sessions A personalized, deeply restorative experience that blends supported restorative postures, guided breathwork, and gentle hands-on massage—all tailored to your body, your energy, and your current season of life. These 1:1 sessions are designed to help you feel safe, grounded, and reconnected to yourself. Whether you're navigating stress, overwhelm, or simply need space to breathe, this is a space to come home to yourself and allow your nervous system to fully unwind. Available in my cozy studio in Mexico, NY.
Cancellation Policy
1:1 YoMassage® Booking Policy • All 1:1 YoMassage sessions must be booked in advance through the UNIFY website under the “Services” tab. • The online calendar shows real-time availability and lets you lock in your time with ease. • If you're a monthly YoMassage member, I recommend booking your sessions early in the month to stay consistent and get the times that work best for you. • These sessions are tailored and limited—I only take one client per day—so reserving ahead is the best way to make sure you’re in. Cancellation Policy • Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. • That said, I know life happens—if you’re sick or something urgent comes up, just reach out. I’ll always meet you with compassion and flexibility when I can. Waitlist Info • If no times are showing, feel free to check back or message me—I may be able to shift something around. • If a cancellation opens up, waitlisted clients will be notified via text or email with the chance to book it first. • Spots are first come, first served, so make sure your contact info is current so you don’t miss a window.
