YoMassage: Deep Rest + Gentle Support This isn’t your typical yoga class. And it’s not a full-on massage either. It’s a blend—slow, supported restorative poses held for several minutes, paired with gentle, intentional touch to help your body fully unwind. This class is for you if: -You carry stress in your body and want a safe space to actually let go -You’ve been craving stillness but struggle to relax on your own -You want the benefits of touch therapy without needing a full massage -You’re healing, burned out, or just looking for something deeply nurturing Small class size. Cozy studio. Soft lighting. Real connection. It’s a nervous system reset—no pressure, no expectations, just rest. Spots are limited to 4 per class, so pre-registration is a must.

Cancellation Policy
UNIFY Massage Cancellation Policy At UNIFY, we deeply value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to the full session fee. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to be accommodating when possible. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to your well-being!
