Okay friends—this one’s special. Destiny is coming to the studio on April 24th to offer a small, super cozy sound bath session… and I can’t recommend it enough.
I went to one of her sound baths recently and it was so relaxing. Like my whole system just let go. The kind of calm that hits different—soft, gentle, and deeply grounding.
Sound medicine is really starting to make its way into more healing spaces, and for good reason. It’s powerful stuff. So I wanted to open this up to 4 people who feel curious, called, or just in need of a nervous system reset.
